Pulsation Damper
A vessel with gas inside, that is normally nitrogen.
The performance of a pulsation damper in a hydraulic circuit with a dosing or metering pump that the reciprocating movement of the piston generates pulsations is to stabilise the variable and oscilating flow in each revolution of such type of pumps.
Pulsation dampers suggested to reduce not permissible pressure fluctuations to obtain a linearity of the flow.
